Cooking Vacations - Cauliflower in Tahini & Silan

Ingredients

1 cauliflower
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup tahini
2-3 Tbs. silan
Lemon juice
Sea salt
Parsley
Pine Nuts roasted
Pemegranate seeds

Instructions

  1. Dismantle the cauliflower into small flowers and place in a baking dish.
  2. Heat oven to the most heat (250oc/ 510oF).
  3. Mix the flowers of the cauliflower with olive oil.
  4. Sprinkle the salt.
  5. Roast until the cauliflower caramelized about 20 min.
  6. Arrange the cauliflower in a plate.
  7. Dribble lemon juice and tahini.
  8. Garnish with silan, chopped parsley, pomegranate seeds & roasted pine nuts.
