Cooking Vacations - Dates, Figs & Nuts Cake

Ingredients

2 eggs
7 Tbs. whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
4 Tbs. brown or white sugar
200 gr. Mix nuts cut (walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds)
200 gr. Dried dates, figs cut ( raisins an option)

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients together.
  2. Pour in an English cake shape baking pan.
  3. Bake about 40 min in 1700C (3500F).
  4. Slice the ready cake into thin slices.
