Ingredients (for 6 servings)
50g butter
A mixture of fruits of the season, such as peeled pear cut to stripes and diced, halved peaches, halved and seeded loquats, a nectarine cut to four, plums etc.
½ glass red wine
1 stick cinnamon
5-10 units of English pepper
Optional: cardamom and star anise
¼ cup sugar
For the crumble:
¾ cup whole flour
¾ cup oats
1/3 cup light brown sugar
75g cold butter, diced
Instructions
- Arrange the fruit in a heat-resistant baking dish. Add the wine, the sugar and the spices on top.
- Bake in a grill, at a high temperature, for a few minutes until the fruit is soft but not too soft.
- Prepare the crumble: mix the ingredients with your fingers until you obtain a crumbly texture.
- Spread the crumble evenly over the baking dish.

Bake till golden, for about 15 minutes.
Serve with vanilla or malabi ice cream to enjoy this delicious dish!
