Cooking Vacations - Stuffed Dates Deep in Chocolate
I dare you to try to eat just one...
20 dried dates
20 walnuts or pecans
200 grams good quality bittersweet chocolate
a bit of brandy or liquor
2 tbs oil or butter
1. take the pit out of the date, replace it with walnut or pecan and close back up.
2. melt chocolate, butter and a bit of brandy or liquor in microwave.
3. dip dates in chocolate, put on baking paper or foil and refrigerate.
