Cooking Vacations - Dates, Figs & Nuts Cake
Ingredients
2 eggs
7 Tbs. whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
4 Tbs. brown or white sugar
200 gr. Mix nuts cut (walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds)
200 gr. Dried dates, figs cut ( raisins an option)
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- Pour in an English cake shape baking pan.
- Bake about 40 min in 1700C (3500F).

Slice the ready cake into thin slices.
