Cooking in Israel - Fruit Salad with a twist
1 cup strawberries
1 apple (green)
2 Tbs. orange liqueur (Cointreau, Triple Sec)
Sprinkle of cinnamon
- Peel the oranges from the orange skin leave some of the white peel and cut into cubes.
- Cut the apple, persimmon and strawberries into cubes.
- Add the liqueur, sprinkle some cinnamon.
Garnish with the grated chocolate and mint leaves.
