2 oranges
1 cup strawberries
1 apple (green)
1 persimmon
2 Tbs. orange liqueur (Cointreau, Triple Sec)
Sprinkle of cinnamon
Chocolate grated
Mint leaves


  1. Peel the oranges from the orange skin leave some of the white peel and cut into cubes.
  2. Cut the apple, persimmon and strawberries into cubes.
  3. Add the liqueur, sprinkle some cinnamon.
  4. Garnish with the grated chocolate and mint leaves.
