Cooking Vacations - Yellow Tahina Yogurt Sauce


1 cup of pure tahina
2 cups of goat-milk yogurt
½ cup of turmeric oil (made of two spoonfuls of turmeric and 2/3 cups oil, cooked together until just before boiling and then cooled. Use only the tinted oil, not the turmeric itself)
Juice from a whole lemon
2 chopped garlic cloves


Mix together all the ingredients until you obtain a yellowish color.
